CÓMO REALIZAR UN PEDIDO

1^st Find the name and reference number of the product that you want to order.

2^nd Choose the size and amount you want to order.

3^rd Leave the contact information (Telephone or e-mail) and precise the shipping address. (Exact location where to ship the order)

4^th When making an order, customer must pay 50% of the total bill.

5^th Payment can be made through the bank account, (after sending the bill to e-mail) or on the spot in cash or credit card. (with receipt)

6^th Approximate time for shipping is 3 to 6 weeks. (Depends on the quantity of orders)

7^th When order is shipped to warehouse, we are informing client about it.

8^th In the next 3 days client must pay the rest amount (50%) of the order.

9th When the payment for the order is complete (paid 100%), we are planning delivery to client address (3-5 days)

10th If client does not follow the payment order, we will warn customer about the shipment arrive and that we have rights to charge extra for stocking the item in our warehouse.

11th If client is not following the payment order, does not answer on phone calls, texts or e-mail for more than 1 week:
The deal is canceled and there is no refund possible. The house will be sold for quick sales price to any other customer.

12th For additional services, materials, etc., payments are made according the agreement with the customer.

13th The simple contract form for the order, that includes the pre-payment (deposit), which has been sign by us and the customer works as receipt – delivery document.

1st Find the name and reference number of the product that you want to order.

2nd It’s a must to make an agreement regarding the Summer house package, precise the final price.

3rd After previous point is done, we can prepare a proper invoice for Summer house package including delivery costs.

4th At the time when invoice is signed, the customer confirms the order and makes a deposit of 30% of the total bill in the next 5 days.

5th When the deposit is received, the order is sent to the factory with all the customizations.

6th The time of manufacturing is 5-7 weeks, since the deposit was made.

7th When an order is manufactured and all set before the shipping, the customer needs to make a payment of another 30% of the total bill.

8th After 2nd payment is received, the order is loaded on the truck and shipped to the customers address.

9th The time of delivery is between 5 and 8 days.

10th When the order is shipped at Customers place, remaining amount of the order must be paid in the next 3 days.
